In the case of distance selling (via our webshop), the consumer has the right to cancel his purchase within 14 days. This does not apply to customer-specific products (specially ordered items) nor to custom products. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you wish to return items, we ask you to first submit a return request by email (info@gasspringonline.com). We will handle every case within 24 hours. If Gasspringonline has made a mistake with your order, Gasspringonline will bear the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
